At Anatomikal, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you believe your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please Contact Us immediately so we can make it right.

Return Requests

To initiate a return, Contact Us before sending any product back. We will provide a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded. Shipping cost is your responsibility.

Return Windows

  • Posture or Recovery Products: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Limited Edition or Specialty Items: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery

If your return request email is sent within the specified window, your return is considered valid—even if the item ships afterward.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Tamper seals and plastic wrapping must be intact

  • A photograph may be required to confirm product condition

Refund Method

  • Unopened and unused products purchased directly from www.anatomikal.com may be refunded to the original payment method, minus return shipping and processing fees

  • Refund processing may take 7 business days after your return is marked as "Delivered"

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions may be eligible for store credit at our discretion

  • Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit
